The first day of school brings a thrilling mix of emotions: happy, excited, jittery, giddy, and, as one Kindergartener said, "I don't have butterflies in my stomach, I have little birds!" The school is buzzing with energy and the promise of another wonderful year.
Indeed, there is much to be excited about for the 2018 - 2019 school year. Our renovations to the former convent building have yielded excellent results, with sunny new classrooms for our Kindergarteners to learn and play in as well as a fantastic new music room. The Fifth and Sixth Grade hallway was spruced up as well and the students are already loving the improvements. And don't forget the Preschool. Renovations have made the always happy place even brighter and more fun to meet new friends and learn new lessons.
As our students settle into their classrooms and learn the rhythms of their schedule, all of us here at MAA want to express our gratitude to our families, faculty, and staff. Thank you for making MAA your home away from home. You give our school its heartbeat and make this campus much more than just a collection of buildings on top of a beautiful hill. You make this school a truly loving and nurturing community. We are excited for another year of partnership and growth as we guide our children on their academic journey.
Happy first day of school!
